What is a Discovery Call?
A Discovery Call is a 15-minute conversation with the dietitian so you can feel confident in investing in your health. Simply click here to schedule one today. You will be asked to fill out a brief interest form to help guide our discussion. This call is offered at no cost and requires zero commitment.
All Discovery Calls are conducted via a video call using our HIPAA-compliant telehealth app. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a profile and join your scheduled video call shortly after booking. If you have any questions/concerns, please send us a message.
How do you accept payment?
We follow a self-pay model. When you book your first session, you will be asked to provide your credit card information. All credit card payments are processed through the Stripe payment platform.

Do you give refunds?
Results from nutrition services can vary based on individual circumstances, and as such, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. All service payments are final and non-refundable. I just booked a session as part of a package. Where do I meet with my dietitian?
All 1:1 sessions as part of packages are conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth video technology using an all-in-one app where you can message your dietitian, join your video sessions, track progress, view educational materials, and more. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a profile on the app and join your scheduled video call shortly after booking. If you have any questions/concerns, please send us a message.
I prefer meeting in-person, is this an option?
All 1:1 sessions are offered via telehealth only. This allows for improved flexibility in scheduling, seamless communication via our online app, and overall convenience!
Do you take insurance?
No, we do not. We accept credit card payments via Stripe.
I see that the packages are 8-16 weeks long, what does this mean?
Your package access begins on the date of purchase and is designed to be used within the set timeframe. You will have full access to the online platform during this time. This structure helps you stay on track and get the most out of your sessions, with consistent support and timely reinforcement to keep your momentum going. We require you to schedule and complete all sessions within this window to maximize your results and experience.
How long are 1:1 coaching sessions?
The initial session typically lasts between 45 and 55 minutes, and follow-up sessions range from 20 to 45 minutes, based on each client’s needs. Please note that 55 minutes is the maximum length for an initial session and 45 minutes for follow-up sessions. We charge per session, not by the minute.
What locations do you service?
We provide 1:1 telehealth services to any client located across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
We provide in-person groups talks/speaking engagements to the Greater Philadelphia area including Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester, and Lancaster counties. We also travel to some areas in New Jersey and Delaware. Travel fees may apply.
