Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Conshy Nutrition, LLC, we value your time and are dedicated to providing high-quality care. To uphold these standards and show respect for all of our clients’ time, we adhere to the policies outlined below.

Cancellations/Reschedules

24-Hour Notice Requirement: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you provide us with at least 24 hours or more notice, you can reschedule your appointment at no charge.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee using the payment method on file.

Late Reschedule Fee: If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee using the payment method on file.

No-Shows

We allow for a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled session within 15 minutes or less of the scheduled start time and have not provided prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session using the payment method on file.

We understand that unexpected delays can happen, which is why we offer a 15-minute grace period. However, your session will still conclude at its originally scheduled end time to ensure we remain on schedule and respect the appointment times of all clients.

Refunds

Results from nutrition services can vary based on individual circumstances, and as such, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. All service payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the service details carefully and ensure your readiness to commit before making a purchase.
