Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Conshy Nutrition, LLC, we value your time and are dedicated to providing high-quality care. To uphold these standards and show respect for all of our clients’ time, we adhere to the policies outlined below.
Cancellations/Reschedules
24-Hour Notice Requirement: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you provide us with at least 24 hours or more notice, you can reschedule your appointment at no charge.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, you are subject to cancellation fees as outline below.
For a la carte* sessions: You will be charged the full cost of the session using the payment method on file.
For sessions as part of packages: Your session will be forfeited as part of the package. Your package will be reduced to the remaining number of sessions that are uncompleted in your package. If this session was the final session to be completed in your package, then you will forfeit the session but will be able to continue to access content for the duration of your subscription period. If you would like to add a session to your package, you will be charge the a la carte rate for an individual session.
For example, if this was your first scheduled session out of a 3-session package, this unused session will be forfeited and you will have only two sessions remaining that can be scheduled.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, the following applies:

Refunds
Results from nutrition services can vary based on individual circumstances, and as such, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. All service payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the service details carefully and ensure your readiness to commit before making a purchase.
*A la carte sessions are available at the discretion of the dietitian to preexisting clients only.
